At LightFast, we stand behind the quality and performance of our carbon bike wheelsets. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. That's why we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your LightFast carbon bike wheelset, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization and instructions on how to return your product.

All returned products must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact. Any returned product that is damaged, missing parts or accessories, or shows signs of use may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the product, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Please note that any product purchased from an authorized LightFast dealer must be returned to that dealer in accordance with their return policy.
